Telosa
So what is Telosa?
Well, It's a webcomic of course. A collaboration web comic even.
What makes it special?
Well it's character focus for one. Each author has their own character to build into the story.
OK then, how does it flow?
Like an RPG: Basically, each of us, that is, Jacob, Matthew, Beaky, Tez, DSW, Moromis and Ranger, has our own character, and we generally only write with this character. With any luck, we get a huge level of characterisation, and we don't find any weird collisions in the canon.
But if each of you controls a separate character how will it ever flow?
That's where what is hopefully Telosa's innovative plotting technique comes in. Essentially, we don't know what the next person is going to do. We have some general idea, but until they post it we don't know.
Since we each use our own characters, what specific changes occur to the previous character don't matter, but what changes they make to the plot do. Our characters ideally react to this plot change, in turn continuing the plot. Hopefully, this will lead to a completely original, interesting and engaging comic!
